Since 1988 Andy Lea has been providing award-winning service to his extensive list of satisfied clientele. Known for his calm and relaxed disposition, Andy is a natural “people person”. He enjoys meeting new people and understanding their needs by taking the time to listen. He also thoroughly enjoys reconnecting with past clients and seeing how their families have grown and evolved. Andy has a passion for reading, learning and growing. He attributes this passion to helping him make it through the early years of his career and to his present day enthusiasm for his chosen profession. Andy also enjoys public speaking and has achieved his CTM designation with Toastmasters International.

Andy has been involved in thousands of negotiations during his 30-year career. He has worked with and learned from people and cultures from around the globe. With the size of today’s transactions tens of thousands of dollars can be won or lost during the offer negotiation process. Andy prides himself in helping his client’s exceed their goals.
Andy has an extensive list of awards and achievements during his 30-year career including being the number 3 agent out of 180 Associates in his office and being in the Top 1% of the Real Estate Board for M.L.S. Dollar Volume.
Jake Lea (DULE)
Real Estate Professional
Jake is in his ninth year as a licensed real estate professional. Jake grew up in South Surrey, attending Pacific Heights Elementary and later graduating from Earl Marriott Secondary on the honor roll. After working at Hazelmere Golf Course for several years, in 2016 Jake joined his father, Andy, to pursue a career in Real Estate. Jake is enthusiastic and dedicated to providing top quality service to his clients while benefiting from working alongside his father who has had a remarkable Real Estate career. He was awarded the Director Award for his performance in Real Estate sales in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020. In 2021, 2022 and 2023 he was the recipient of the prestigious Platinum Award.
In 2024, Jake earned a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) at UBC Sauder School of Business with a specialization in Real Estate Development (a mouthful I know). The DULE is a sophisticated, technical, and specialized program. It is designed for practitioners already employed in the real estate industry who want to upgrade their education. DULE students complete a core curriculum that builds a foundation in real property law, economics, financial math, statistics, and valuation. During the program, Jake gained a detailed understanding of the real estate development process from the cursory feasibility stage, site selection, and construction process all the way up to the final marketing and sale of a project. All the knowledge Jake gained helps him continue to provide the best possible service to the valued clients of the Lea Real Estate Team as he enters his tenth year as a real estate professional.
